Living in downtown Phoenix has a ton of benefits – walking distance to some of the Valley’s best bars and restaurants, easy access to the Light Rail and, of course, an endless array of events, museums and cultural happenings. With 600+ additional housing units added in 2016 alone, there’s no shortage of places to live. Here are just a few of our favorites.
Uptown: Uptown Row
A vibrant and eclectic neighborhood spot in Phoenix’s historic Pierson Place district, Uptown Row is an exclusive collection of 10 sleek, row-style townhomes ranging from 1,651 to 2,057 square feet. Each of the three-story residences is replete with warm and modern touches – we’re talking quartz countertops, concrete and wood-tiled floors, and ample natural sunlight thanks to its floor-to-ceiling sliders. The units are decked out, but the pièce de résistance is most definitely their private courtyards and rooftop terraces with panoramic views of the Phoenix skyline and/or nearby mountain ranges. There is only one unit remaining, so contact us now if you’re interested in a tour.
Midtown: Edison Midtown
Scheduled to open this summer, Edison Midtown is a larger development of 110 new-builds that are inspired by modern and minimalist European architecture. There are three finish options: Urban Glow, a mash-up of clean lines and symmetrical angles with a mostly white, dove gray and slate color palette; Industrial Revival, which is contemporary and clean but with more earthy and warm tones; and Platinum, the upgraded option with high-gloss white cabinets and dark quartz finishes.
Downtown: McKinley Row
On the northwest corner of 4th Avenue and McKinley Street, McKinley Row features 18 single-family townhomes that are walking distance to the historic Roosevelt neighborhood and its arts district. The homes are all three stories and 1,170 square feet with a 2-car garage, office/studio space, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. When it’s completed, in either May or June of this year, McKinley Row will bring style and eco substance to the area’s urban sprawl – the development will include cooling trees, grassy areas and plenty of new downtown residents.
