You even increased our negotiation leverage by bringing in a second offer right as we were negotiating with the first buyer. This resulted in the first buyer increasing their offer to a level that I know they would not have been willing to go to otherwise. Your tenacity clearly got us a better price, in fact, the highest price to date in the subdivision by over $70,000.
You guys (and Cindy) truly did an amazing job and went beyond the call of duty on many occasions to prepare the house for showings and make sure everything was perfect. In a world full of people that like to take shortcuts, you never took the easy and lazy path. You guys were all over this deal from start to finish. From the very first day, I could tell you guys were “on it”.
