I had the pleasure of working with Erik to help some mutual buyers who were moving from Colorado to Arizona. Being that I was an out of state lender, Erik did his due diligence to make sure I knew what I was doing in AZ, all to make sure his clients had a great transaction. Erik was great to work with, and it was my pleasure to help him and the buyers have an on time, no surprise closing. Erik did a great job negotiating for the buyers, especially when the appraisal came in a bit low – he got the buyers everything they were hoping for. His communication lead to a great transaction all around.
