We vetted several agents to assist us in a buying and selling journey that began in 2024 and wrapped up nearly 9 months later. The Caniglia Group (Erik and Steve) were the standouts and turned out to be fantastic. We’d recommend them to anyone, but especially North Central Phoenix folks. In our situation, we were hyper-focused on finding a new-to-us home in this specific area of town, so their expertise in these neighborhoods really stood out both in our buying process and selling our starter home in the area. They know their stuff, are lovely, friendly and personable humans, and they never left us hanging when it came to super prompt help/answers to questions (of which we had about a million throughout the process). Several months after settling into our new home and closing on the sale of our old home, we have so much to be thankful for–namely to Erik, Steve and Gwen–for holding our hands through it all.
