I cannot recommend Steve enough. He and his team were effective, efficient and always great to deal with. His enthusiasm for our house stands out as one of the most striking features of our relationship. That is why we initially hired him and were extremely glad to have worked with him.
Steve helped in all areas of the endeavor from getting the house ready by giving us suggestions, names of wonderful people to help us and guided us through the negotiation process.
We interviewed only one other realtor, but it was clear that Steve was going to get the job from almost the minute we met him.
We’ve heard from plenty of people who were not satisfied with their chosen realtors, but I can honestly say that we never had one bit of hesitation About Steve’s effectiveness and his commitment to getting our house sold.
He had a marvelous brochure created. The video was striking in that it highlighted all of the best features of our house.
