It was a great experience working with Steve, Gwen and the rest of the Caniglia group. They had our best interests in mind throughout the process rather than trying to get a quick sale. Our questions were answered quickly, and even though our sale occurred over Thanksgiving and right before Christmas, a member of their team was always available for us. They had good recommendations for contractors to perform repairs when needed, and last minute recommendations for junk removal, etc. Selling a home is an emotional process, and they provided sage advice at every turn.
