I’ve wanted to be an entrepreneur ever since I learned that there are clothing brands that make T-shirts for $4 and sell them for $80. I began to realize that it might be difficult working for yourself, but it can also be very rewarding – and offers unlimited potential.
After working in various positions: handy man, flipping cars, making T-shirts, and several other ventures, I began to learn more about real estate while attending college at Grand Canyon University. I was fortunate enough to meet some very successful entrepreneurs during this time and it seemed like the majority of them were involved in real estate in one way or another. My curiosity grew, and I decided to take the leap into real estate.
I fully immersed myself into studying for the exam. I binge-watched YouTube videos on how to get started in real estate in my down time, and within a month, passed both Arizona real estate exams, became fully licensed, and started looking for a place to go.
As an active, adventurous kid that grew up in the heart of North Central Phoenix, I would always see the name Caniglia on “For Sale” signs in front yards. I figured someone was doing some serious business, and never thought I would have the chance to join that legendary group. Naturally, when I heard that The Caniglia Group was looking for an addition to the team, I had to put my name in the proverbial pot. After lots of smiles, handshakes, and several interviews, I got the call I was waiting for; and they offered me the job on the spot.
“The professionalism and dedication of The Caniglia Group is second to none, and I would not want to learn the ropes from anyone else.”
Fast forward five months and I’m still learning and growing but able to help the team in day-to-day activities. I love trying to find creative solutions to problems and being knowledgeable about real estate in North Central. I have always loved big, beautiful homes and I enjoy being able to see so many different examples of that. The professionalism and dedication of The Caniglia Group is second to none, and I would not want to learn the ropes from anyone else. I am honored to be part of such a hardworking and efficient team and cannot wait to see where this real estate path leads me. I look forward to getting to know you and work with you in the future!
Sincerely,
Matt Gurule
