Making Big Changes in 2023
Change is a scary yet exciting thing, and is necessary for growth. This past year, Rebecca and I made a HUGE change to our lives, we said goodbye to our North Central Phoenix home after two full remodels and purchased a new home. Saying goodbye was hard, it was the home that I had known since I was 5 years old. Where my daughter would swing from a tree that I planted with my mom, but it was time.
Don’t worry, North Central is in our blood, so we didn’t move far. We said goodbye to our North Central Phoenix home for one that let’s say, needs a lot of love. The neighborhood is amazing, and Peyton had the time of her life over the summer in the pool. She missed it so much that in December she just had to jump in. That swim did not last very long! We are settled in and working on our plans for what we hope will be our forever home. Stay tuned!
Current State of the Phoenix Real Estate Market
